What we collect
When you submit a quote form, we collect your name, phone, suburb, move date, and approximate move size. If you contact us by email or phone, we keep that conversation.
How we use it
To respond to your quote, schedule your move, and follow up after the job. We use a customer relationship system (HararAI) to keep your details organised. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
Meta Pixel
This site uses the Meta Pixel from Facebook so we can measure the effectiveness of our advertising. The pixel sends Meta basic browsing data. It does not see your form submissions. You can opt out of Meta ad tracking in your Facebook settings.
Storage and retention
We keep customer details for as long as we are doing business together, plus a reasonable period afterwards. Quote requests that do not turn into bookings are kept for up to 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask us to update or delete your details at any time. Email readytomoveau@gmail.com or call 0406 815 801. We will action it within 30 days.
